How do I track my order?
 

Due to recent price increases at Royal Mail, we will not obtain tracking numbers unless requested by the customer at a higher shipping rate. If you request tracking on your parcel, we will provide you with a tracking number once we have it.

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We are happy to ship worldwide using Royal Mail and Parcelforce services. For larger orders it may be cost effective to use a courier service instead, in which case we will choose the best option for the customer and provide the relevant tracking details.

 

How do I return an item?
 

To return an item, please contact us in the first instance, either via email at enwrapt@outlook.com or via our Facebook page or Twitter (links below).

How can I contact your couriers?
 

If there is an issue with a parcel with a tracking number, Royal Mail requests that the sender contacts them, so please notify us and we will investigate. If we have shipped a large order via courier, you should be able to contact them via their website with the tracking number provided to you.

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes. We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world.

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery if the item is returned in the condition it was sent. The customer will cover the cost of the shipping. Refunds will only be provided for the cost of the items.
